Using Coupon Codes
How do I use a coupon code?
Open the offer, copy the displayed code and enter it in the coupon or promo field during checkout.
Why did a code not work?
Confirm customer eligibility, minimum spend, region, product exclusions and expiry details.
What is the difference between a code and a deal?
Codes are entered at checkout. Deals open the qualifying page or are applied automatically.
What does Store link checked mean?
Our automated monitor received a reachable response from the merchant website. It does not guarantee that every customer qualifies for the coupon.
What counts as a use?
A use is counted when someone selects Show Code, Get Deal or the printable-offer action. It is an outbound offer interaction, not confirmation that a checkout was completed.
How do I report an expired offer?
Select Contact Us and include the offer or store URL with a short description of the problem.
